Cezara's journey in Executive Search began in 2010 when she joined an international executive search company. As her career progressed, she took on additional responsibilities, actively contributing to team development through onboarding new colleagues and acting as a project manager ensuring the seamless execution of search assignments. She later had the unique opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to hiring top talent for Apple across dedicated regions. Afterwards, she moved on to support the onboarding of the German team and help execute a number of projects in the DACH region. Now, at Key Search, Cezara works with a number of great start-ups and scale-ups from Europe, helping them identify and hire exceptional leadership talent who can drive growth and innovation.
