Konrad launched his career at a US investment bank, gaining early expertise in finance and R&D talent. Later, as a Recruiter at Ericsson, he excelled in sourcing and recruiting for HQs in Sweden and mastered IT and Telecom roles.
Currently, as an Executive Search Consultant at KeySearch, he’s dedicated to elevating Europe’s hottest start-ups and scale-ups, collaborating closely with innovative CEOs, Founders, and Hiring Managers. His main focus is on consistently delivering top-notch candidates for mission-critical roles, driving growth for individuals and organizations, and putting the unique experience of both client and candidate first.
Konrad holds a Degree in International Management and a Master’s in International Relations and is a member of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).
