Konrad brings recruitment and executive search experience across both global firms and boutique environments. He began his career at a U.S. investment bank before joining Korn Ferry, where he build tech teams for one of their major clients.
Currently, as an Executive Search Partner at Key Search, Konrad focuses on leadership hiring across deep tech, climate tech and B2B SaaS companies. He partners closely with founders, CEOs, and investors to build leadership teams in high-growth and increasingly complex environments, particularly within companies addressing sustainability challenges.
With a strong foundation in B2B SaaS and data-driven platforms, he brings a structured and analytical approach to hiring in evolving and technical markets. His work is centered on long-term value creation, combining deep market mapping with a highly relationship-driven approach to executive search.
