Isabella’s impressive career in Talent Acquisition has taken her across Europe and North America, working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Before joining Key Search in Basel as a Consultant, Isabella honed her skills in London and Barcelona, gaining valuable experience in attracting and placing top talent.
Throughout her career, Isabella has partnered with multinational companies in diverse industries, including HPE, Korn Ferry, WarnerMedia, Zimmer Biomet, Bayer, and SAP, and now also with many startups and scaleups. Her expertise in all aspects of Talent Acquisition has made her a trusted partner for clients, consultants, and candidates alike.
Isabella’s academic achievements are equally impressive. She holds a BSc in Business from Cass Business School London, an MSc in Human Resources from the London School of Economics, and a CIPD qualification.
