But that’s not all – she’s also a go-getter, having launched Verschoor People Solutions to advise (hyper)growing organizations on a project basis.
Her impressive track record includes playing a key role in scaling the tech organization of Zalando, managing its recruitment team and overseeing the organization grow from 120 to a whopping 10,000 people in just five years. At N26, Rani was instrumental in scaling the organization globally from 120 to 2000 people.
Rani’s expertise extends beyond recruitment as she has also helped companies like Orderbird and Zenloop develop their people strategy as Head of People & Culture. She’s not afraid of a challenge, having prepared the tech organization for scale at one company, increasing the team from 30 to 150 people in just one year, and setting up the Barcelona office. Rani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, making her an all-around rockstar in the industry.
