Mara Vouleli

Mara has been working in the Executive Search industry since 2010. During this time, she has worked on a large number of Director and CXO level positions across the EMEA region, Africa, Middle East and the US. She has worked with clients locally and internationally across various sectors including Technology, Industrial and Consumer Goods, helping them strengthen their HR, IT, Sales and Manufacturing departments. At Key Search she focuses in the Digital Economy, mainly in the EMEA region, and has been working closely with the CEO’s and Founders of fast-growth companies like Inkitt, Zenjob, Zageno, Aktiia and CoMatch as well as large tech companies like CommScope.

Mara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science & Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the American College, ALBA. In addition to her native Greek, Mara speaks fluent English and conversational German.
