My career has always been about connecting people and building leadership teams that make a difference. I started out in London media, but when I moved to Monaco I found my real passion in executive search. Since then, I’ve worked with digital and tech companies at every stage — from Nasdaq-listed giants to ambitious scale-ups — helping them shape their C-Suite, VP and Board leadership. Along the way, I co-founded Monaco’s first CEO & Board Search firm, and also built out a renewable energy practice advising clients across Europe, Japan, and the US. I’ve had the privilege of working with founders, CEOs, and investors like SoftBank, Atomico, Wayfair, Contentful, Lilium and Grover.
What I’ve really enjoyed is being in the room when companies hit critical points — whether it’s a founder stepping up to board level, an investor looking to professionalise the team, or a business preparing to scale globally. Beyond the job, I care about mentoring and about raising my kids to become good humans — which keeps me honest, since I don’t always get it right myself.
