For every successful leadership placement Key Search completes, we plant one tree. No exceptions. It is a simple, tangible commitment that connects our commercial success directly to environmental restoration.
Our trees are planted in certified reforestation projects across East Africa and Southeast Asia - regions where reforestation delivers compounding benefits: carbon sequestration, watershed protection, and improved livelihoods for local communities. Each tree is tracked, geolocated, and visible in our growing forest.
As we scale our practice globally, so does our forest. We see this not as an offset, but as a statement of intent: that the leaders we help place into the world should leave it better than they found it - and so should we.

Diversity & Inclusion in Executive Search
We actively work to dismantle systemic barriers in leadership hiring. On every mandate, we commit to presenting diverse long lists, engaging underrepresented networks, and advising our clients on inclusive interview and assessment practices.
We track gender balance and diversity metrics across our placements and publish our progress internally each year. We believe the best leadership teams are built on merit and diversity - and that these two things are not in conflict.
Community & Pro Bono
Each year, Key Search allocates a number of pro bono search mandates to non-profit organisations, social enterprises, and impact-driven startups that could not otherwise access executive-level search support. We believe that access to world-class talent leadership should not be reserved only for well-capitalised companies.
