Anthony Little

A seasoned recruiting partner, with 25 years experience delivering impactful hires for some of the most disruptive technology companies. With a career that started as a delivery consultant, researching and sourcing talent for the likes of BT and Tiny Computers. Subsequently ran the technical / consulting arm of a boutique consultancy. Has since built his own recruitment company that remains an integral partner to many top tech firms scaling their GTM teams (across all functions; Sales, Pre Sales, BD, Marketing and into CS).

A passion for working closely with VC backed companies as they shape their global footprint, sharing in their journey and providing mentorship throughout. Focusing on developing long term partnerships adding value at every step of the recruitment process. Committed to building world-class worldwide go-to-market and technical leadership skills with deep reach and connections across UK, USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands and the Nordic region. 

Proven track record working with a range of companies; from first hire to re-engineering of senior teams;  for the likes of MongoDB, Kong, Apigee (now Google) Everimpact, FloQast, Transmit Security, Corsearch, Productsup.

Anthony holds a BSc(Hons)  in Chemistry from University of Liverpool.
