Meet Rani Verschoor, Director at Key Search

Rani joins Key Search as a Director with11 years high-growth experience.

Prior to joining the boutique executive search firm she helped scale the tech organisation of Zalando, managing its recruitment team and seeing the organization grow from 120 to 10.000 people in 5 years. In addition, Rani also helped companies like Orderbird and zenloop build out their people strategy as Head of People & Culture

Meet Leonie Hammer, Director at Key Search

After over six years working for a leading American executive search firm, Leonie joins Key Search as a director.

Executive search mandates for start-ups, family businesses and medium-sized companies are her specialty. Leonie brings a global network across industries and a deep insight into organizational structures and the individual needs of human resources to the team.

Meet Ardavan Mourguee, Director at Key Search

Ardavan joins the Key Search team after building up the IT discipline for a large international recruitment firm in Amsterdam.

Specializing in the IT sector, working across the board with operational, leadership and C-level talents, Ardavan has placed candidates across other key industries, working with leading companies such as G-star, New Balance, LeasePlan, Mizuho, and CRH.
