Basel, Switzerland, January 17th, 2023 – Executive search firm Key Search welcomes Tiffany Sizemore as Director. Located in Chicago, Tiffany joins the European firm as one of the first US team members.
Her passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunity across roles and industries has shaped her 15+ years of recruiting experience across Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, HR, Finance and Marketing.
At Key Search, Tiffany’s innate ability to connect and understand a business from the on-set of any search will pair with the boutique firm’s unique approach to executive search as Key Search expands into the US market.
Most recently, Tiffany gained in-depth experience in the VC space as part of a tech recruitment company where she helped scale highly successful teams to take them to the next level of their business.
Some of the most well-known companies she has worked for are Honeywell, U.S. Cellular, UPS Supply Chain Solutions and BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), Chicago Public Media, and Okta, as well as many fast-growth start-ups in the U.S.
