As a mom of two pre-teen boys, I know all too well how balancing leadership roles and the demands of the holiday season can be challenging, but with some thoughtful planning and self-care, it’s possible to manage stress and enjoy the festivities. Here are some holiday tips for moms, dads, caregivers, grandparents, etc. – basically anyone looking to get it all done all whilst still making it magical and memorable:

- Create a holiday schedule that includes work commitments, family events, and personal downtime. Downtime is KEY! Don’t let it pass by without enjoying the quiet moments, even if it means sitting by the light of the tree with a cup of tea (or Bailey’s) after everyone else has gone to bed.

Delegate Responsibilities:
