Konrad brings recruitment and executive search experience across both global firms and boutique environments. He began his career at a U.S. investment bank before joining Korn Ferry, where he deepened his expertise in leadership hiring and talent strategy.
Currently, as an Executive Search Partner at Key Search, Konrad partners with some of Europe’s most exciting start-ups and scale-ups. He works hand-in-hand with innovative CEOs, Founders, and Hiring Managers to deliver exceptional candidates for mission-critical leadership roles. His focus is on driving long-term growth for both individuals and organizations — always prioritizing a thoughtful and high-quality experience for clients and candidates alike.
Konrad holds a degree in International Business and a Master’s in International Relations.
