As a Principal at Guild Talent, she generated over $1 million in annual billings and led recruitment for Seed to Series D companies, specializing in hard-to-fill technical leadership roles.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Eleni co-founded and operated a B2B relocation platform, gaining a firsthand understanding of the challenges startups face and developing tailored solutions for scaling businesses. Her diverse background also includes pre-IPO recruiting at GoPro and leading strategic talent initiatives at global brands like Levi’s and Diageo. She has also served as a fractional Head of People at Sittercity, where she oversaw recruiting and performance management.
