Christine Eckhaus

Meet Christine, Partner at Key Search. With decades of experience as an executive and technical recruiting leader and business coach, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Christine has worked with top companies, including Amazon, Saks.com, Mulesoft, and Workday, helping them to grow and scale their businesses. She was the executive recruiting leader for AWS Machine Learning and Databases. Along with her peers, she scaled the Machine Learning team from two individuals to 2000 employees globally under a very tight timeline. She became a certified co-active coach through CTI during her time at AWS in order to provide additional value to her business leaders and team.

Christine got her start at a Boutique Retained Executive Search Firm in her hometown of Chicago before moving on to Heidrick and Struggles, and ultimately building her own business from the ground up. With an MBA from Thunderbird and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago. Christine’s experience and education enables her to readily understand and solve hard business problems to help her clients scale.
