VP People

Our client is on it’s way to become the next “big thing” in FinTech: they empower financial institutions to offer a broad range of investment instruments in their app or website, making it easy for any company to store financial assets on the blockchain. We are looking for an experienced VP of People who will get the opportunity to build and scale a unique, exciting, growing company. This role will lead a team of 7 people across TA, HRBP and employer experience. The role is fully remote and reports directly into the founder.
