They are very people-focused, putting a great emphasis on harmony within the organization.

We are looking for their next Head of People & Culture. This is a key role in restructuring the company into a customer-centered organization: the new Head of People & Culture is at the core of a strong management team, evangelizing and implementing new organizational structures and management principles.
