With online pharmacies and para-pharmacies across 9 European countries and 4M+ customers, they are on a mission to help patients make better decisions about their health by providing a trusted and personalized health ecosystem that caters to both proactive and curative needs. We are looking for a Head of IT Operations responsible for service strategy, design and operation, the management and execution of production processing, management of employees within the Service and Operations organization and the budgetary responsibilities of the function. This role will lead a distributed team of 25 people growing through acquisitions. This role can be based across Europe with a strong preference for Spain.
