They boast close to a Million user and federal states such as Bremen and Saxony are now using their digital learning materials. Their purpose is clearly defined: better educational opportunities for everyone! Needless to say that they are growing massively. However, the Talent Acquisition is quite well covered by your team. Therefore, as their new Head of People & Culture, you would focus on Business Partner Leadership topics like their cultural turnaround that comes along with their massive speed of course. You will also bring their People Operations, Leadership Development and Workplace Experience to the next level. The Head of People & Culture will report directly to the CEO and manage a team of 16 people. The ideal candidate will have worked in a mega high growth scaling company of around 80-400 people, speaks German and English fluently, and will have managed an HR team for a couple of years already.
