Our client is a German B2C PropTech online platform in hyper growth mode. Their disruptive ecosystem results in the most efficient, flexible and convenient user experience, which has a real impact on the overall economic landscapes in which they are present. As a core product feature, they are using the latest Machine Learning technology with outstanding results in direct closing rates.
This is a key role in scaling the organization by setting their long-term Data and Advanced Analytics strategy, whilst building up on their pioneering Machine Learning practices. You will lead a team of currently 10 people and you will report directly to the CEO and founder.
The ideal candidate enjoys leading and mentoring teams and is an outstanding communicator and stakeholder relationship manager. You are curious, humble and enjoy being creative by translating complexity it into awesome products!
