Engineering Director

Our client is a leading technology provider in cyber security and is looking for an Engineering Director helping them to go from a product company to become a platform. This is a key role in scaling the engineering organization to build the new disruptive cloud security product, whilst enhancing their existing cyber threat intelligence product. The role will report directly to the CTO and manage 6-8 software engineering teams based in 4 locations (Netherlands, India, Moldova and Serbia). The ideal candidate will have worked in software engineering management in a scaling / high growth cybersecurity or SaaS company.
