Our client is a German B2C PropTech platform in hyper growth mode. Their disruptive ecosystem results in the most efficient, flexible and convenient user experience, which has a real impact on the overall economic landscapes in which they are present. As a core product feature, they are using the latest machine learning technology without standing results in direct closing rates. This is a key role in scaling the organization to grow their market footprint, whilst enhancing their existing product across new countries. You will lead a team of currently 3teams leads and overall 55+ people and you will report directly to the CEO and founder. The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading a customer operation function from start-up to scale-up along with an obsession for automating processes. As an empathic leader, you enjoy empowering teams and you are an outstanding communicator and stake holder relationship manager.
