Our client is a German fintech start-up in hyper-growth mode in the field of trading and investing. Their disruptive ecosystem allows uncomplicated trading of cryptocurrencies and other assets on the smartphone. They are using the latest artificial intelligence technology to create a simple, personal, smart, and reliable user experience. This is a key role in scaling the organization to grow their market footprint, whilst enhancing their existing trading product. The role will report directly to the CDO and manage a team of 2 direct reports and 20+ dotted line reports in Berlin in your role of the local site leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2C product management focus along with some understanding of B2B specifics. You will have worked on the German market in a scaling / high growth company and you have wide experience in tech, customer, and (corporate) stakeholder management, all in a highly regulated environment.
