Our client is a staffing and talent management organization that was founded in 2008. They operate in the USA and India and have successfully placed over 75,000 resources since their inception. They specialize in providing staffing solutions to companies across various industries, including IT, healthcare, engineering, and more. Their vision is to build on their success with an expansion across Europe and are therefore looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the operational setup and sales of the organization in Germany, DACH, and eventually the EU.
As the P & L owner for Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s comprehensive business strategies, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales and growth. You will also be responsible for managing entire EU operations, setting up scalable operational processes, and ensuring compliance. You will report to the CEO and work with other senior stakeholders to grow the organization and make a significant impact!
